Contact form and phone verification

When you submit the form, a verification code is sent by SMS to the phone number you provide. This prevents fake submissions and ensures we can actually reach you; by completing it you confirm the number is yours.

The consent boxes on the form are optional and pre-ticked; you may untick them before submitting. If you do not give consent for commercial electronic messages, we will not send you promotional messages and will only respond to your request.

Submitting the form does not create a contract; your request is an invitation to talk and does not oblige us to provide a service.

Nature of services and quotes

Service descriptions on the site are promotional and are not binding offers. What binds us is the written quote sent to you, stating scope, timeline and price explicitly.

Case studies, timelines and results shown on the site reflect past work; because every project differs, the same outcome is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The site relies on third-party providers for email delivery, SMS verification, WhatsApp messaging and hosting. Those providers' own terms and privacy policies apply.

The owners of externally linked sites are responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

We do not warrant that the site will operate without interruption or error; temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or provider issues.

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the content, but the company is not liable for decisions you make based on the general information on the site. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit liability to be limited.
