Delivery Conditions

Our digital services are delivered on a per‑project basis. Scope and delivery timelines are stated in the agreement. No physical shipment is made.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation and refund processes for digital services are subject to applicable law and contract terms. For projects not yet started, a refund may be possible. For ongoing projects, a proportional deduction may apply for work performed.
