Nature and delivery of the service

All our services are delivered digitally; there is no shipping or physical delivery. Depending on the service, delivery occurs when the site goes live, campaigns are published, the report is shared, or the relevant service is switched on.

• •Website: published within 5-10 business days once content is complete
• •Ads management: campaigns launch after measurement setup; the first month is setup and data collection
• •SEO + GEO: run as a monthly cycle, with the work done reported each month
• •Mobile app: store submission starts after adaptation; review times are controlled by the stores
• •Marketplace integration: setup is completed within 10-15 business days after you provide store and product details; the marketplace’s own store approval time is outside this period
• •AI services: taken live after the scoping call and accuracy testing

Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in Türkiye may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of it being concluded, without giving any reason and without penalty, under the Distance Contracts Regulation. A 14-day withdrawal period also applies to consumers resident in the European Union.

To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement through the channels below before the period expires.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, or applies only in part, in the following cases:

• •Services that, with your approval, were started and fully performed before the withdrawal period expired
• •Work prepared specifically for your business (bespoke design, tailored content and setup)
• •Digital content performed and delivered instantly
• •Where performance began during the withdrawal period at your express request, a proportionate amount may be charged for the work already done

Cancelling monthly subscriptions

Subscription-based services such as monthly care, ads management and SEO carry no lock-in. You may stop your subscription in any month; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the fee for that period is not refunded.

When a website subscription ends, the site is handed over to you; the domain is already registered in your name.

Refund process

Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised or a refund is otherwise due, your payment is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us.

Refunds are made using the same payment method and currency you used, and no charge is applied to you for the refund. Transfer times imposed by banks or payment institutions fall outside this period.

Defective service and complaints

If the service does not meet what was agreed in the contract, you may first ask us to remedy it. Send your request through the channels below and we will respond as quickly as possible.
