Why Are Digital Agencies With Transparent Pricing So Rare?
Search for "digital agency prices" and the pattern is always the same: long service descriptions, client logos, and a quote form at the end. No numbers. We do the opposite: every price — websites, e-commerce, ad management, SEO, social media content and chat assistant — is published on our pricing page. This article honestly covers why everyone hides pricing and what transparency gains you.
Why do agencies hide prices?
Three real reasons. Price discrimination: a form lets the agency probe your budget first and quote accordingly — the same job can be sold at two different prices. Fear of competition: a published number invites rivals to undercut it by a lira. Scope ambiguity: every job genuinely differs and a single number is hard — a fair difficulty, but the answer is publishing tiers, not hiding everything.
What does transparent pricing gain you?
Time: you rule out services outside your budget in the first minute. No bargaining stress: if the number is the same for everyone, "did they quote me higher?" disappears. Comparability: you see scope and price side by side and decide yourself. In our model the measure of the job sets the price: page count for websites, product count for e-commerce, budget size for ads — there is no "price by customer".
The "but every job is different" objection
True — which is exactly why we use tiers. A 5-page starter website is 9,900 TL, a 12-page business site 17,900 TL. If your job falls outside the tiers we say so openly, define the scope in writing and talk from there; we never invent a number. We also refuse promises we cannot keep — ranking guarantees, certain-sales claims. Price transparency only means something together with promise transparency.
How to check any agency
Ask three questions: are prices published on the site, is there a clear included/excluded list, is there a lock-in period? Without clear answers you learn the real total only after the work is done. Our answers: prices are on the site, every package has a written include/exclude list, and there is no lock-in — you can leave any month and keep your site, domain and data.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the published price the real price, or do extras appear later?
It is the real price. If a need outside the scope appears (extra pages, an extra module), it is discussed in writing before work starts; we have no surprise-invoice model.
Do you negotiate?
The number is the same for everyone — instead of bargaining we confirm the tier: you pay the price of the tier your job actually fits. We do not sell big packages to small jobs.
Why are you cheaper than most agencies?
Not always — on some items we match the market. The difference is low process cost: we work over WhatsApp instead of meeting cycles, and we use our AI-assisted production line — openly.
